An Invitation to Contribute
Coaching in the Round is the fourth conference in a growing international coaching research conference series that amplifies diverse voices in coaching research. As the series continues, we are creating space for Indigenous knowledge systems, relational learning, and contributions that reflect the breadth and depth of the coaching research ecosystem. In 2027, the conference will be hosted in so-called Australia, on Gadigal Country.
Coaching in the Round is a Coaching Research Conference - that's our USP.
Contributors are invited to share a research question, practice insight, conceptual argument, or evidence-informed contribution in a way that is clear, engaging, respectful, and able to support discussion.
We welcome PGRs, Early Career Practitioners, Indigenous Coaches, Researchers, and Independent Coaching Practitioners to share their coaching research. We seek contributions that are thoughtful, accessible, and grounded in:
- Country and Praxis: Honoring place and Indigenous ways of knowing and being.
- Kinship and Voice: Deepening relational community practice through story and shared learning.
- Reciprocity and Accountability: Advancing ethical leadership and systemic inquiry.
- Resonance and Horizon: Shaping the future of the coaching research ecosystem through eco-linguistic connection.
The Research Poster Session is the foundation of the conference, it allows contributors to present a coherent academic artifact designed to enable meaningful peer engagement, whilst leaving room for interpretation, conversation, and growth.

The Central Conference Format
The research poster session takes centre stage as the primary space for sharing research. It allow contributors to communicate core ideas clearly at a glance while providing inspiration for conversation.
