No! Our Call for Submissions is open to all. We accept independent coaching practitioners and coaching researchers, allied professionals, and university-affiliated practitioners and researchers. As long as you can align your proposal with our themes and subthemes, you are very welcome to apply.
Each applicant will be invited to a Zoom conversation; if possible, an offer will be made during that call. All official Offers will be made by the latest 14th November 2026.
We are pleased to offer all Contributors complimentary attendance to the Coaching Research Conference. Please note that this place is non-transferable and for the exclusive use of the accepted proposer.
Research Posters may use mother-tongue content if linked to an English translation. Speakers, Panellists, and Workshop Facilitators are expected to present primarily in English; however, mindful use of your mother tongue is welcome and encouraged in support of our diversity policy.
